There is an opportunity for two organisations to co-sponsor the conference, or for one organisation to become the sole headline sponsor.<\/p>\n

Attendees<\/h3>\n

We are anticipating in the region of 200 attendees,made up primarily of the following:
\n\u2022 Local authority road safety and active travel professionals from across London and other UK cities
\n\u2022 Elected members with an interest in road safety\/active travel
\n\u2022 Fire & rescue and police officers
\n\u2022 Road safety\/active travel professionals from the private sector and academia<\/p>\n

\n

The sponsorship package<\/h3>\n

The sponsorship package comprises:
\n\u2022 Sole (headline) or co-sponsorship of the conference element of the event
\n\u2022 Sponsor branding prominently positioned on the event website, in banner\u00a0adjacent to the event logo and LRSC logo, with wording \u2018In association with'
\n\u2022 Sponsor name check (and link to website) in all news stories about the event to be\u00a0published on the LRSC & Road Safety GB websites
\n\u2022 Sponsor branding to appear on all collateral produced for the event (printed\u00a0agenda, delegate badging etc)
\n\u2022 Complimentary 3m x 2m stand in the exhibition that will run alongside the conference
\n\u2022 Two complimentary delegate places at the conference, exhibition and drinks reception
\n\u2022 The opportunity to deliver a brief \u2018thanks for attending\u2019 message at the end of the\u00a0conference (sole sponsor only<\/em>)<\/p>\n

Required investment<\/h3>\n

Either \u00a35,000<\/strong> (sole\/headline sponsor) or \u00a32,500<\/strong> (co-sponsors \u2013 2) plus VAT<\/p>\n
