There is an opportunity for a small number of organisations to exhibit alongside the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to network and present your products/services to the 200 delegates who are expected to attend the conference.

The exhibition will be held in the East and West Crypt , which is located adjacent to the conference room and where delegates will take refreshments during the day. We are offering two stand sizes and the option to bring one or two representatives.

Prices start at £495 plus VAT and the full pricing/option schedule is as follows:

• 2m x 1.5m stand (one representative) £495 plus VAT
• 2m x 1.5m stand (two representatives) £595 plus VAT
• 3m x 2m stand (one representative) £695 plus VAT
• 3m x 2m stand (two representatives) £795 plus VAT

We can provide each exhibitor with a trestle table and cloth, and access to an electrical socket.
